Precision Pest Control

Pest Library

Welcome to the Precision Pest Control Pest Library, a resource built from 16 years of hands-on experience identifying and managing pests across Southern Maine. As an Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.), I put this library together to help Cumberland and York County homeowners and businesses recognize what they’re dealing with, understand pest behavior in our specific climate, and know when a problem calls for professional treatment. From carpenter ants tunneling through moisture-damaged wood to deer ticks along wooded trail edges, the pests here are ones I encounter regularly in this region. Explore the categories below to get started, or contact me today for personalized help in keeping your space pest-free. Once you have done some reading, put your knowledge to the test with the Bug Busters Trivia game.

If you’re seeing signs of an infestation, the pest library is a good starting point, but an accurate identification matters before any treatment begins. I offer free consultations for homeowners and businesses throughout Southern Maine. You can also learn more about year-round pest protection if you’re looking for ongoing coverage rather than a one-time fix.
